  2. User: Refers to any consumer who purchases a product or service from the store through its electronic platform.
  3. Agreement: Refers to the terms and conditions governing the relationship between the parties involved in this agreement.

Article 2 – Legal Eligibility of the User:

  1. The user acknowledges having the legal capacity under Sharia and system law to deal with the store or being at least eighteen years old.
  2. The user agrees to bear the consequences of any violation of this article before third parties.

Article 3 – Nature of Online Subscriptions Store’s Obligation:

  1. The Online Subscriptions Store is committed to providing the specified service or product to consumers.
  2. The store may offer additional services, such as after-sales services, depending on the nature of the product or service required by the user.

Article 4 – Controls for Using the Online Subscriptions Store:

  1. The user must use the store’s electronic platform in accordance with public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  2. The user shall not use the purchased service or product in violation of public morals and regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 5 – Accounts and Registration Obligations:

By applying to join the Online Subscriptions Store membership, you agree to:

  1. Maintain the confidentiality of your account information and password and notify the store immediately of any unauthorized use.
  2. The store is not liable for any loss resulting from revealing your username or login information.
  3. Use your account yourself and assume responsibility if someone else uses it, implying you have authorized them.
  4. Use the store with seriousness and credibility.
  5. Provide true, correct, updated, complete, and legal information during registration and update it as needed.
  6. The store will handle your personal information and contact details with strict confidentiality.
  7. The store reserves the right to stop, freeze, or cancel your membership or account if you provide false or incomplete information.
  8. Non-compliance with these terms may result in the store blocking your access to its services.

Article 6 – Electronic Communications and Official Communication Means:

  2. The user agrees that electronic agreements, advertisements, data, and other communications have the same legal effect as written ones.
  3. The user consents to receive communications related to this agreement through general messages or specific user notifications from the store.

Article 7 – Amendments to the Usage and Fees Agreement:

  1. The store may notify you of any amendments to this agreement via official communication means, affecting your obligations or rights.
  2. If you object to any amendments, you should stop using the store’s services, as continued use implies acceptance of the changes.
  3. All fees are calculated in Saudi Riyals, and payment must be made using approved methods available through the store.
  4. The store may charge fees based on offers, products, services, or state-imposed taxes.
  5. The store reserves the right to modify any fees or expenses under the terms and conditions of this agreement.

Article 8 – Payment and Payment Services:

  1. Payment can be made online through available options on the store or other methods provided from time to time.
  2. The store is responsible for pricing its services or products according to the recognized market value.
  3. The store must provide invoices and receipts for all transactions and give users an invoice for their purchases.
  4. The store is committed to accepted accounting practices in its online store.

Article 9 – Personal Information and Transaction Details:

  2. The store acknowledges that the internet is not completely secure, and confidentiality cannot be 100% guaranteed.
  3. The store has no control over third-party actions.
  4. The store may use user information for service provision and marketing, governed by the privacy policy.

Article 13 – Restriction of Access or Membership:

The store can stop or cancel a user’s membership or restrict access to services without warning if the store is misused.

Article 14 – Replacement Policy:

  1. Consumers have the right to replace a product within seven days of receipt if it is in sound condition and unused. The store has the right to inspect the product before replacement.
  2. Products cannot be replaced if:
    • Customized at the consumer’s request.
    • Consisting of video tapes, CDs, information programs, or digital products that have been used.
    • Newspapers, magazines, books, or similar items.
    • Defective due to consumer mishandling.
    • Involving accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
    • Purchased as software downloads via the internet.

Article 15 – Return Policy:

  1. Consumers have the right to return a product within seven days of receipt if it is in sound condition and unused. The store has the right to inspect the product before return.
  2. Products cannot be returned if:
    • Customized at the consumer’s request.
    • Consisting of video tapes, CDs, information programs, or digital products that have been used.
    • Newspapers, magazines, books, or similar items.
    • Defective due to consumer mishandling.
    • Involving accommodation, transportation, or catering services.
    • Purchased as software downloads via the internet.

Article 16 – Applicable Law or Regulation:

This agreement is governed by the laws, regulations, and legislation of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 – General Provisions:

  1. If any clause in this agreement is invalidated, the rest remain in effect.
  2. The agreement is primarily interpreted in Arabic.
  3. Prices and promotions may be modified by the store.
  4. Parties must deal with each other according to applicable legal rules and regulations.
  5. This agreement can only be canceled by a decision from the store’s management.
